This is a scam making money on every home they can take from their neighbor, and sell it on TV, because unless they can get richer they have no time for anyone. These bottom feeders can't come up a way to hide their crimes except to exterminate/incarcerate their abuse victims before they ask for their homes back proves they may as well go for broke. They made this mess and now they will clean it up the good old fashion Waco Texas way and lie to the world. This is absurd! Anyone who has been in the public schools system remembers school protocol. The guys getting away with everything were the same ones hanging with the principles. Religious people who feel the need to track down sex offenders anywhere in the world to monitor, steal from, annoy, harass, kill for an ideology missing incite for having never allowed anyone to live long enough to tell them they are wrong to their face. Sex offenders are not allowed to work and live where they want and the laws are just plan wrong! In fact sex offenders are even listed in the social security law as a disability. Stop the arbitrary hunting of people by US laws written by loons for churches to destroy families when their belief is sex offenders can not be in the population of citizens safely. Our law makers want to make jobs up along the way and all they know is incarcerate to make $. We have programs written by hackers that make it imposable to logon to the computer without being connected to the net, then when someone would like to call the monitors on there illegal activity the evidence against them can not be accessed. The sherifs department will place a person in custody and drug them out of their mind so when court proceeding take place they have no defense while the person is used through some great imposed moral bogus idea when chances are they were set up in the first place while the homes, business, money, assets of any sort are taken the ones losing all these things are usually poor and overly religious, the beat goes on as the rich have sex scandals and the poor have sex crimes and rich get richer while the poor get poorer and when a person shows up afar a young woman tries to escape a home the person making an effort to meet her needs becomes the criminal as soon as she turns on her protector for a more powerful protector? Please, it's time to see sex laws for what they are, not what people would like them to be. Sex offender are supposed to turn them selfs in to police within three day of a move, and if not spend the rest of their life in prison? The Cost of SEX Laws Hidden more than you know!

Mr. Joe Public let's make some sense in respect to the cost of the issues addressing tax/litigation warehousing, relocating, court staffing and other costs has everything to do with the war being waged in the name of god by people who have no use for him against people who do and do this like some drug dealer surrounding them selves with children to keep them from being shot at in the name of the children they rip from their homes to waiting arms the family guy who makes a living watching the kids on the web through hidden cameras becoming an endless chain of civil war? It's time to rethink because this is not about the children unless it is seen for what it really is. As long as there is a son to stand the inhumanity of mans story will be told just like Grendel's, and the greedy will be exposed for their inability to justly get along in peace. The Election in 2008

Only three individuals running for President in 2008 are unwilling to end the lives of anyone the U.S. legal system would prefer to execute. They are Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel, and Ron Paul. Of the three, Kucinich's actions have spoken loudest; the U.S. Representative from Ohio has actively introduced legislation to abolish the federal death penalty.

John McCain, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, Tom Tancredo, Mike Huckabee, Bill Richardson, Alan Keyes, Duncan Hunter, Sam Brownback, Rudy Giuliani, favor the death penalty and would like our justice system (or is that injustice system?) to stay the way it is.

Fred Thompson, former U.S. Senator from Tennessee, wants limits on the death penalty (in other words, control) but since he is not flat-out against it, he must fall on the side of the advocates.The same can be said of Christopher Dodd, the U.S. Senator from Connecticut, who would like to call a moratorium on the death penalty, but to what end? The duality of the definition of "moratorium" seems to imply that he either would like to see a (1) legally authorized period of delay in the performance of a legal obligation (extend waiting periods on death row?) or, (2) see "a suspension of activity" -- and since a suspended activity is one put on hold, for how long would he like to see the death penalty put on hold and why?

The sovereign right of an individual to be Pro Choice/Pro Life is under attack by government officials who would like to retain the freedom to put individuals to death for their crimes. If it is important to you to support a candidate who wishes to abolish the death penalty, your choices for the next American President are limited to Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel, and Ron Paul--the only three who do not think it is any man's right to take the life of another man.

Additionally, you will be taken on a pre-revolutionary tour of Boston where you will read about many of the events which led to our independence.

As a young boy, Mac was raised in and around Boston, where America's history, from pre-Revolutionary days to the present, reveals itself at every turn. Mac, said however, he too often passed by historical landmarks without ever realizing their importance; he could not have cared less.

American history was far down the list of my favorite school subjects for Mac and I had to used my Government book to keep my lunch money by gluing it inside my notebook and using it like a mace. However, after graduating from high school and moving to California, his attitude changed.

Returning home for short visits, Mac developed an interest to visit the many sites which He had previously ignored discovering the historical relevance to everyday life. With each succeeding trip Mac visited as many landmarks as time would allow - - Plymouth Rock, Salem, Lexington and Concord, Bunker Hill,

Philadelphia, Gettysburg, Washington D.C. and Mount Vernon, Virginia. Armed with his camera, Mac captured a pictorial essay which was entertaining as well as educational. These slides, and the commentary that went with them, expanded rapidly to four one-hour presentations which Mac was pleased to deliver to service clubs, schools, hospitals, church organizations, and even to teacher's groups.

I met Richard L. MacMurray on the fish line from Atascadero State Hospital were he was raped by three guys who wanted to teach a sex offender a lesson.

It was my 1st day on the job and I was asked to look out for him. Giving a 24hr. heads up I had the night to think just what would I like offered to me when I arrived in prison. The options were without end, but there was one common thread. What was this guys desire, and how could I turn it into a positive for everyone where something good could come from it.

I asked one of the guys to check in with him. Sit with him and talk to him and find out what he wants to do with his time. He told us his need to write a book, a history book.

The best thing for anyone is to have a purpose and the D-Quad Psych. Department inmate staff chose to join the project. Mac decided to really get serious and spent hours in the library, as well as in book stores, researching each President for uncommon, yet noteworthy stories.

Mac orchestrated the guys on the project having them incorporate their studies in classes missed in the real world wile Mac worked hard to help each one with their studies wile gleaning more information for the book.

All I had to do was sit with him for an hour each morning on the yard till the gate racked to go to his teachers’ assistant job at the prison. Once he was in the education area he was in his environment. Each morning he would feed the birds with bread which he took from the chow hall.

After about a year passed and I was giving him bread I took for him along with others dropping off bread out of site of the guards. Mac spent the hour each morning with us helping us learn wile feeding the birds.

We knew the only investment we could make that could not be taken away was an investment in ourselves and looking after Mac had become important to us.

We had questions that would sometimes take a week or two for us all to agree on an answer. We found our viewpoint was in essence quite like our founding fathers viewpoint since they were the criminals of their time looking to survive and grow in a new place. Others would join in on the yard and soon D Quad was not divided by ethnic foolishness. The D-Quad Psych. Department inmate staff was doing a project that was getting some outside attention which meant less pressure. The guys were a mix matched batch of everything from Tyranny's to Homophobes but we could all appreciate the honesty of men who also had something more important than themselves.

Mac was especially grateful to a long-time friend Mike Birkholrn. Mike not only encouraged him from the very beginning, but he also offered the resources of his company (Hemmings, Birkholm & Grizzard) to publish the manuscript in October 1993 Dr. Ken Barclay of California Polytechnic University (Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo), offered much encourage­ment and advice.

The office of Congressman Bill Thomas (R-Calif. 21st District) provided up to date information on Cabinet Officers, Supreme Court Justices, government agency addresses, and other statistical information.

The last time I really saw Mac was when he told me he was going to be placed in the civil commitment program. I had an offer from the California Department of Corrections to place a microchip in my hand so I was going home in about a month. Our support system was breaking down and Mac looked rough. He knew I was sad for him and he forgave me for not attending at the gate and he was going to cell up.

That was the day he gave me a signed copy of our book with a note to my mom and step dad letting them know I was making positive use of the time.

The four years we were incarcerated at the same facility the topic was the human factor in history and understanding we are all imperfect.

What our founding fathers chose was to build not destroy yet instead of sending a nation to college we send our most valued resource, humans to prisons.

The process of punishment is counter productive in my humble opinion, sending someone to college seems more productive allowing perspective when most inmates come in believing the world is still flat. Please tell me why a child who wan't to see breast should suffer or the young woman that find pleaser in pleasuring someone should find themselves before a court/priest/clergy member or any authority at all? Priest will say the child is young and difficult, unworthy of forgiveness and will do it again so I should be able to exact punishment and her punishment is oral sex with the priest, but if she dose that for the man that feeds her or buys her things he and she should go to prison? I know and have seen theses incredibly ridiculous reasoning played out in real life. The grotesque idea that what is good is not for another? Sex laws must go and no frog in a pillow or young boy who feels he needs attention from the church by getting prayed over ever few months to keep in favor or spotlight will change the fact that sex laws are as outdated as any laws can be outdated. 

We find we are no better than human and we are all we have.

From the heart those do only too be introduced to themselves their self in finding ones self over time and time and unforeseen occurrence befall us all. We find we are no better than human and we are all we have. In honor to my wife, father, stepfather's, mother, stepmother's, family friends and supporters everywhere I will continue to ring this truth. Discrimination allows superiority where truth is hidden and corruption tends to creep in.

This is the human equation. 

People change day to day. Things change, steal rusts while conceited blows away, but the energy that makes us who we are moves through us as we experience our lives. 

Hiding is what almost a million humans labeled sex offender are doing. Sex offenders fear their explosive environment. They are the prey of  superiors who know little, judge without hearing and continue to hide any truth for political and religious gain.

Governments, Advocates, Churches, and Media put pressure on sex offenders who are struggling daily to make a way for their families. These groups are one in the same who have created the realm of secrecy and oppress for gain. To be ashamed of being a flawed human who makes mistakes, is the responsibility of the person/group/s allowing laws of decimation which is abuse. Inflicting pain on any person who has been betrayed by that societies recklessness to hide the truth because of its own shame is the ultimate in irresponsibility. 

By continuing to advocate lifetime sentences concerning sexual offenses is recognition of the breakdown of group/s and any system/s which supports this human rights abuse .

Take FOX NEWS for instance or Lou Dobbs, who has for decades lied to the america public  There can be no justice where the responsible party is the society which refuses acceptance in an effort to prosper on the pain of others. Anderson Coper Mellon the eraser faced news caster and many more are not for a moment sorry for their error. Thinking that labeling anyone concerning life and death decisions with regard to sexual offenses has no validity.

It is a failed process that was used in Europe to destroy a nation and we went to war to stop yet here we go again, which was and is the dopiest most undesirable mad move hidden in a political agenda of public safety that has no bases in truth, has taken us to war on false , and made a lot of bigots wealthy in some completely mindless effort to create some  "KUMBAYA" Where we all religiously going to all get along together when religions have made a policy of battle over the pennies in the plate? Please take time to write those who can change our laws. What ever we do we do to ourselves.
